The friction we fixed, and the proof it worked.
A selection of our most impactful client work, plus the ventures that same discipline has since built. Most case studies are anonymized due to their proprietary nature and represent aggregated patterns of work rather than individual client disclosures.
Same discipline. Now our own products.
Agentic Forge, CryptoifAI, and Gurilla Studios are proof of the same pattern behind every engagement below: spot the friction, build the system, make it stick.
Where the friction actually got fixed.
Building GM: Our Own Model, Trained In-House
Every other case study on this page is proof we can build for someone else. This one is proof we built for ourselves first. GM is the local-first AI workspace at the core of StottifAI: a model and memory system we designed, trained, and now run on hardware we control, not rented from someone else's cloud.
The goal was never a chatbot with a new coat of paint. It was a system that keeps your models, your memory, and your working context private and portable: yours on the desk where it lives, and yours again from a phone or laptop when you're not at that desk.
- Local-first architecture, no dependency on third-party inference for core use
- Persistent memory and project context that travels with you across devices
- Secure remote access from phone, Mac, or any trusted device
- A full application shell, not a demo: real navigation, real feature set, built and running
- The foundation CryptoifAI and future StottifAI products are built on top of
Design philosophy: Build the thing we'd actually want to use, prove it on our own infrastructure, then let it carry the rest of the product line.
Outcome: GM v1 is complete, functional, and live on stottifai.com. It already powers internal workflows, is the base CryptoifAI was built on, and is now ready for client-facing engagements.

Context: An international Burger King franchise operator was running shift management the way most of the industry still does: paper checklists, verbal handoffs, and spreadsheets that lived in someone's inbox.
Friction: Shift readiness, food safety, and labor tracking all depended on individual manager habits. Nothing was standardized, nothing was visible past a single shift, and problems surfaced only after they'd already cost time or money.
Intervention: We designed and built a manager-first digital operations hub: daily checklists tied to real standards, real-time issue tracking, shift handoff notes, and labor awareness tools, built around how managers actually move through a shift, not how a corporate system assumes they do.
Adoption: Built for speed and clarity so it would survive contact with a fast-paced kitchen instead of getting abandoned after week one. Multi-lingual support and a visual, low-friction interface removed the usual reasons frontline teams reject new systems.
Result: Delivered to the client and in active use across 12 locations and roughly 50 managers, with a 15% increase in checklist completion rates and an estimated 9,000+ management hours returned annually. The architecture extends cleanly to multi-unit oversight and broader QSR brands. Deployment specifics beyond these figures are withheld under client confidentiality.

Service businesses came to us showing performance decline, drift, or pre-acquisition risk. We mapped the early-warning signals, rebuilt the metrics that mattered, and put decision frameworks and leadership rhythms in place that teams kept using well after the engagement ended.
Training & Onboarding
A high-turnover environment was losing new hires faster than training could replace them. We mapped a leaner onboarding progression, set clear readiness standards, and built a hands-on learning flow that shortened time-to-productivity without breaking the labor plan.
Resume Systems
Career changers needed one story that could flex across industries without rebuilding it from scratch each time. We built a modular, ATS-optimized resume and narrative system, reframed for modern hiring managers.
Brand & Identity Direction
An early-stage operator needed to look as credible as the work it did, without an agency budget or hype aesthetics. We defined a calm, confident tone and anchored the whole visual system in that same operational credibility.
Your details stay yours.
Confidentiality and NDA handling are a standard part of how we work, not an afterthought. Client names, proprietary specifics, and deployment details are withheld or anonymized by default unless a client has explicitly approved sharing them, as with the BK Operations App case study above. If you're evaluating us for sensitive work, that's the norm, not the exception.
Additional AI-integrated projects live on StottifAI.
